“NOTHING IS PERMANENT EXCEPT A TATTOO I GOT LAST SATURDAY” is a third part of the “Days of the Week” series by director Sasha Komarova and director of photography Nikita Popkovs. In this chapter the vignettes explore time and the way it affects the world around us. Whether we crave change or desperately want precious things and relationships to stay the same, nothing is ever really permanent. The project once again highlights the unique beauty of Riga, Latvia, a place that evolves day by day. Filmed winter on 500T and summer on 250D Kodak Vision 3 filmstock and ARRI 435 4-perf. camera with ZEISS Ultraprime lenses.
